Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of products and services provided by Yufeno LLC, an independent software company registered in Wyoming, USA. By purchasing or using a Yufeno product, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Yufeno builds and sells online tools and setup packages for websites, e-commerce stores and workflow automation. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for a one-time package are confirmed with you before work begins.

2. One-time packages and subscriptions

One-time packages are delivered as described in the agreed scope. Subscription products are licensed for use while the subscription is active and may include ongoing updates or email support as described for the product.

3. Payment

Prices are quoted in United States dollars. Fees, billing frequency and payment instructions are provided in the applicable written scope or checkout before purchase. If an online checkout is used, a third-party payment provider may process the payment. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying any applicable taxes or third-party fees.

4. Delivery and acceptance

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed delivery timeline. You should review a one-time deliverable promptly and report material issues. One-time deliveries include 14 days of free bug fixes for issues within the agreed scope.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for a one-time package, excluding third-party materials, open-source software and Yufeno tools or reusable components. Subscription products remain licensed to you while your subscription is active.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use a Yufeno product to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code or interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Warranty and liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Yufeno is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or payment processors. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or package.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
